Building Resilience of Cambodian Communities Using Natural Infrastructure and Promoting Diversified Livelihood is implemented by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and executed by the Cambodian Ministry of Environment, in collaboration with relevant sectoral ministries and local leadership.
